After a week in Japan, I came back to Amsterdam to resume working.
Food in the flight should have been prepared in Japan and a bit nicer than usual I assume.

Last Meals...

Tonkatsu was on the list to eat in Japan. Usual late lunch as we had a late breakfast with my friend at hotels main restaurant.
There is another lounge not all can access to. Quieter and maybe ore food. I wish I were a drinker.

Late Lunch and...

As my day stared late, my lunch was also late. After a quick ramen lunch, coffee time at the lounge...
I still need to work late today, so this is not a vacation.

Meat Dinner

With good friend of mine for over 20 years. A tiny restaurant in Ginza area serving meats. Technically no limit till we said ENOUGH.

My Stay in Tokyo

A nice room assigned to me even though it is on only 21st floor.
Meeting up with a friend to catch up. So many little things with different tastes and textures. Bonito over rice was very nice.

Tokyo Stay Started

Breakfast in Nagoya Style

Whipped cream with bean paste made it Nagoya style. I sometimes make it even in NY with my home made bean paste.
