Still Healthy Meal

I know it does not look like but I used grounded chicken along with beef, and I added Okara,  remaining after making tofu, along with bread crumbs.
First tomato sauce dish for the week.

My breakfast this morning. I cooked a pot full of ANKON yesterday as I love it so much. Easy to cook but just it takes time for babysitting.

Lunch in Shinjuku

Left Nagoya around noon and by 2:30 I was already checked in at another hotel. In front of Tokyo government buildings. First time to stay here but nice room with interesting view.
Late lunch at a soba noodle place. Less than $10 fiwr this is amazing.
