Summer Break

Just arrived at the airport. I will have 3 weeks off this year as well. I can't imagine to go back to the time when I was working in the US or Japan.
Going back home first.

Curry Dinner

A few differences from traditional dish, I used cabbage instead potatoes and used wild rice which made it dark purple. Was really good actually.

Light and Tasty

That was the theme for today's dinner. A lot of tofu and greens. And some fibers I had been missing past a few weeks. My body must have switched gear to digest different type of foods.

Homecoming Lunch

After 3 weeks out of town, or country,, I needed something I know what's in.
No meat but vegetables, which my body demanded.

Ireland Trip Six

Last day in Ireland. My friend cooked a traditional Irish breakfast including black and white sausages.
Three kids were also at the table with us. A crazy but wonderful weekend which I won't forget for a long time, if it is ever.

Ireland Five

Fantastic Saturday with my friend's family in Kerry Ireland. Luckily we got a sunny day which is rare even in summer in Ireland.

Ireland Trip Four

One hour flight with this propeller aircraft brought me to this southern village. The view from my friend's house is amazing. Staying with 7 years old triplets is priceless. They are so adorable.

Dublin Part Three

After having suoer healthy meal fir lunch, needed something BAD.
So Chinese and ice-cream. Nice residential area close to the hotel.

Dublin Day Two

I could have spent another day on the city but decided  to go to outskirts. The botanical garden was the perfect place to spend an early summer day. Plus. I was able to eat much needed vegetables for lunch.
I think Enough is not their native language...

Dublin Part One

Never been in Ireland. Instead of going home, I came to Ireland for a week. I have an old friend living in South part of Ireland, so first I came to Dublin to do some sightseeing by myself.
Irish pub all over obviously, and everyone was drunk, so so was I.
