Lunch Out and In

Yesterday we tested one of wanted to try sandwich places and today we made Okonomi-Yaki for lunch. Both were tasty yet I still like the food we cook

Just Two of Us

A quiet thanksgiving dinner, but it was a good one. Instead of turkey a large chicken roasted.
Two types of mashed potatoes and a few sides. Cornbread stuffing was a big hit. We did not cook in the bird but just baked by itself. No butter added to any of these dishes, so really healthy vision compared to traditional dishes.
An Apple pie for dessert, which concluded our thanksgiving dinner which started at 2 pm.

Treated Myself

Flight back home for thanksgiving, I upgraded myself.
Nicer and newer seat, nice selection of wine and decent food.
Watched 3 movies without sleeping. Got another KLM house and now we have more than 20 houses, which we call a village.

Snack in Bed

I don't do this home, eating food in bed, but a different story at hotels.
Another piece of their cakes. I recognized that I have tried majority of their cakes by now. Tasty chestnuts cream with fresh cream. Nothing to complain.

City Walk

Surprisingly nice and mild weather in Brussels. Walked around the city, with some bus ride, to see if there is something new. More than 10 times this year alone so difficult to find something, but stores started their Christmas decorations.

Special Treatment

In Brussels for the weekend. Found that a bottle of wine and fruits delivered to the room. NICE!
The same room, a suite as usual. It is the biggest room at this hotel per hotel manager.

Beef Stew

Cooked yesterday and ate today. Better after some rest. Tomato based so lean even meat was tender.
