After the Korean lunch, we changed the countries to Italy. My special meat sauce, and most importantly cauliflower salad, which everyone loves. By roasting it, it gives totally different perspective.

Fall Colors in NY
The weather became better than forecasted, so we took a drive to a bit north of the city. Old dam originally supplying the water to the city.
Many cyclists were also enjoying the weather and the scenery.
Korean Themed Lunch
Without going to Korea or Fort Lee NJ, we enjoyed Korean meal. Once you know how to use this red bean paste, you can mimick a lot of Korean dishes. Plus my Korean friends told me I am not doing wrong either.

Friday Dinner
Chicken on Friday... Hmmm it just happened? Cutlets, roasted vegitavles and vegi soup.
It took a bit more time than usual but worth it.

A Break
I did not go anywhere this weekend, actually even to the concert I had a ticket for. The weather changes are always not good for me and I am taking easy. Just walking around the city while my room is cleaned.

Sunday Late Lunch
Another gorgeous day, and there is no better place to have lunch.
It is the time of the year when my mom visited several years ago. Not cold or hot and just perfect.
Park Hotel
It has to be something going on at the park hotel. It is not that famous for out of city or country people, but this is one of the best classic hotels in the city. No UN activities, so who is staying there?
