Always I am amazed by the quality of the food in Japan. This trip was no exception.
This was a unique dish only in Nagoya. The sauce, a bit sour and spicy, was not mixed or over the noodles but on the pate. New type of paste and yummy.

Wow, it's Ankake Supa in Nagoya. But I've eaten it only once.
