Breakfast at Four Seasons

I had an early meeting this morning at Four Seasons hotel in NYC. As I stay at a hotel as many as over 200 nights a year, I know about good hotels, but Four Seasons is a top notch. Just WOW.

    The pan cake looks so cute!
    It's not thick as Japanese pan cake, is it?
