Actually this might be the reason why I come to Brussels so many times.
There is a Japanese ramen shop operated by Japanese couple. Per several sites and others, it is supposed to be the best in Europe. I don't have any doubt on that. If I live in Japan, it might not taste as good as I feel, but for me living outside of Japan so long, this is pretty authentic. This place is very popular among locals and there is a line all the time. There were THREE Japanese including myself this time.
They have very limited selections and I usually order Katsu Miso ramen. I know Katsu is not a typical topping for Ramen, but their Katsu is better than Chasyu.
