It's already July meaning the daytime has been getting shorter, but sunset is still after 10 pm here in Amsterdam.
This is my car for the week. Cool, huh?

Chicken Night
Intended to buy chicken wings but somehow ended up with drumsticks.
Same cooking method, so basically the same good taste.
Kimchi fried rice and salads somehow came really well each other with the chicken.

Steak Dinner
To celebrate our country's independence, we cooked steak for our dinner.
I have not been eating RED meat for a while, so steak is really rare to see on our table.
Roasted carrots soup and spinach offset the meat (bad stuff), I hope.

Meaty Dinner
To start celebrating July 4th, we cooked BBQ tonight. One beef and one pork.
I liked the meat but vegetables were the winner.

Vegetarian Dinner
Wrapped up the work by 1 pm and went to a Korean grocery store to buy some Korean stuff.
Our favorite vegetable plate to easy mix with rice.

Cloudy yet Gorgeous
I can't get enough of this view, and this is one of the reasons why I live in Brooklyn Heights.
The park below has been growing every year. No direct access from BH preserves this quiet neighborhood.

More home cooking next several days.
