Going Back to Amsterdam

3 weeks of holiday and one week of working from NY end now and I am ready to take a fright to Amsterdam.
Got an upgrade ane was offered a FREE meal at the lounge but I said NO. How crazy is that? You know the reason why? I will have a decent dinner with some drinks on the flight, that's why. I need to cheer myself up to resume working 8:30 to 18:00 again. This time two weeks straight.

Day Trip To Connecticut

To enjoy the last August weekend in the US, we drove to Connecticut.
First stop was this restaurant we like. The same pull pork sandwich as usual.
Another 45 minutes drive brought us to this creamery. It totally reminds me the one at Penn State and is as good as that too.

As we had a heavy lunch, our dinner was light. Not sure when was the last time I cooked boiled eggs. They came out perfectly - half cooked egg yolk.
