Working in Palo Alto

Full working day at this office, actually this picture is next building.
Nothing special but this area is one of the most expensive areas in US due to tech companies.
Good news of working at this office is free drings and some snacks.
My dinner was at In-n-Out. As usual with Animal style, meaning cooked onions.

San Jose

Our vacation ended today, as I came to San Jose to work for a few days.
I have been here many times and Sunnyvale area has a lot of Korean restaurants.
My work is in Palo Alto where Facebook and Stanford are located. Hope I can take some pictures to share.

First Class Treatment

My flights have been upgraded, and when we got to the airport, it was delayed by over one hour.
Luckily my connection was more than 2 hours apart, so no change was required. When I arrived at Seattle, a Porsche was on the ground and I was like WHY?

The lady with iPad with my name was approaching to me and guided directly to the ground and I was in the car. She drove me to the next gate in a different terminal which caught everyone's attention. Embarrassing...

Maui Fourteen

Killing some time as we needed to check out at 2 pm, while our flight is after 9 pm. Next to our hotel is a renaissance, a sister property, so sitting at the lobby with this gorgeous view.

Maui Thirteen

Last morning in Maui. Woke up at 5:30 to walk along the beach before the sunrise.
Gorgeous sights all way to the end. About 10 resourt hotels and condominiums are located on the beach.
We got one of the closest to the beach rooms out of these complexes.

Maui Twelve

Last sunset.
First time we saw the top of this mountain. The weather here dynamically changes by hour and by mile.

Maui Eleven

Lunch at a park. ABC Store's spam nigiri. You have to have one when you are in Hawaii.
Local coffee roaster we found. Old mill was reused for the store. Coffee tasting with four different flavors. I like a bit of acidity, so we ended up buying this local grown coffee beans. Something to remember by.
