Cooked several vegetable dishes for lunch. With some leftovers, simple yet festive lunch.

Gyoza Dinner

I had a discussion with my friend the other day if they cook together.... His answer was no and they don't make Gyoza by themselves but buy frozen ones. Not a case here. Not the best looking ones but pretty good taste.

EU Headquarter

I knew that my hotel is located right next to the EU, but never been inside.
Just bunch of buildings but this is EU headquarter.
I imagine during the week this has totally different people.
Kokuban for lunch. I think this is the best in Brussels even though it is located furthest.

I Got RICH?

Taxi ride from the hotel this morning was this BMW special edition for a loyal family. If I understood the driver correctly this car was actually used to transport the king. Here is the proof - crown mark.
On the way back my co-worker gave me a ride with his Tesla. Wow, never seen this big screen in a car. Quite and smooth ride.

Relaxing Sunday

Lazy Sunday by watching tv shows, The Good Wife, in the morning, and a few shoppings in the afternoon. The weather was milder than we anticipated, so a little hiking at near by park.
Curry dinner which freezes well for left overs. Oh because we don't put potate in it.

Lunch in a Big Pot

I wanted to consume all vegetables we bought for the weekend, so Chinese Don was our menu.
Minimum chicken with maximum vegetables. Not sure you can tell but this pot is 13 inches in diameter.

It's November

All fall to winter dishes in some sense. Enjoyed cooking more than eating, possible?
