Saturday Lunch

We drove to a town in CT for lunch. We found this high-end deli place packed with people. I ordered a pulled pork sandwitch with their famous thin cut fries. Very yummy. We took a slice of their critically acclaimed carrot cake. Their over one inch cream chease fronting was light and tasty. We will go back there for sure.

Beach Walk

There are a lot of beaches in the city. We drove to one of them in the Bronx this afternoon to take advantage of above normal warm weather. Rainy clouds chases after us so we had only a few hours to enjoy.

Saturday Dinner

Chicken dinner. We marinated the chicken in the garlic, olive oil, line and salt. We browned the chicken on the stove top and finished in the oven along with the vegetables. They came out really good and I will stick with this method from now on.

Friday Dinner at Kosher Deli

It's passover, so we had a passover dinner. Do you see there is no bread on the table? For 8 days no bread for some people, but not me.

Spring is Here

Finally the flowers started blooming in the heights. We don't have many cherry blossoms but other flowers are as gorgeous as they could be. Loving this.

Home Cooking

After coming back from the trip to Seattle where I ate all not so healthy food, I had crave for something healthy. I used more than a half of tofu instead of meat for napa roles. Many root vegetables too.

Back in Seattle for a few days. I couldn't resist so I stopped by on the way from the airport to the office. This is maple grazed old fashion. Yum yum...
