Sukiyaki Dinner

I had flexible afternoon so I had lunch with my friend, sukiyaki lunch.
After the meal we talked at the lounge with tea and some sweets.

Week in Tokyo instead of New York this week. A eight course dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Better than expected and we are satisfied.

Pasta Dinner

Light tomato with tuna sauce was very summery which was enhanced by lemon zest.
We found this Can-Chu-Hi,  called JPOP at the store and could not pass. Good option for non beer drinkers like us.

On Business

Back from one week work in Amsterdam. I grabbed a discounted upgrade this time which is a great deal. Not a huge fan of their food but better than economy class for sure.

After 5 Years

It has been 5 years since I started this commute to Amsterdam. I am back to Haarlem where I stayed my first year to spend some afternoon. Unseasonably warm weather encouraged people to be outside.

BBQ and Garden

Called everything but kitchen sink burger, as it has pulled pork, cheese and bacon as topping.
We were at the Bronx botanical garden to enjoy spring flowers. It is Holland holiday we took full advantage

One Pot Meal

Sukiyaki-ish dinner. Pork and beef as usual. It is miso base which is unique to our family.

Diner Food

On the way back from the city, stopped by a famous diner in Astoria.  Nothing special but typical diner food I was craving for.
