Trip Back to...
Instead of going home in NY, I came to Japan for a week. I love my job which gives me a maximum flexibility in terms where I work.
Upgrade was well worth as it was over 10 hours of flight.

Greek Lunch and...
Actually this was on Friday, as I wrapped up the day earlier than usual. We went to this Greek place we were before. A lot of food for lunch but no leftover.
Saturday dinner was lemon chicken with hot peppers. Came out great and some leftover for the coming week nights.

Beef Stew Dinner
To celebrate V day, we cooked the beef stew. Over 3 ponds of beef and a lot of onions and carrots. Simple tomato sauce but a lot of secret ingredients.
Simply the best.

It's the day when people celebrate the love with love one.
Our tradition now is chocolate covered pretzels. Good with green tea.

Korean Dinner
Tonight theme was Korean. Korean pancake and Korean soup. I used all Korean ingredients but not sure the method of cooking was authentic. Who cares as they were delicious.

Steak Dinner
Not often to do this, but we were in Greenwich CT, where a super high-end grocery is located. Aged dry beef was perfect. Nothing but salt and pepper.
