To start celebrating July 4th, we cooked BBQ tonight. One beef and one pork.
I liked the meat but vegetables were the winner.

Vegetarian Dinner
Wrapped up the work by 1 pm and went to a Korean grocery store to buy some Korean stuff.
Our favorite vegetable plate to easy mix with rice.

Cloudy yet Gorgeous
I can't get enough of this view, and this is one of the reasons why I live in Brooklyn Heights.
The park below has been growing every year. No direct access from BH preserves this quiet neighborhood.

Weekend in Leiden
A new town to visit. Only 30 miles south of Amsterdam. Typical Dutch characteristics all over. A big outdoor market selling vegitables, cheeses, fish and others.
Cool day to walk around the city.
Weekend in Leiden
Changed up a bit this time. Only 30 miles south of Amsterdam. A decent size town with typical Dutch feeling - canals all over. I did not do typical sightseeing stuff but I got a good feeling about this town.
Forgot to take a picture of ice cream.

SHRIMP Chilli
Not sure if this spelling is correct as this is kind of Jan-glish.
A typical Japanese adoption of Chinese dish. Actually fried tofu might have had better taste. I could be easily vegetarian, as long as I can eat pork.

I always need something to look forward to. This does it.
Less than 50 days for our summer vacation. Now I feel extra energy to work several more weeks.

At Favorite Park
It is a gorgeous Saturday here in Brussels. Another walk to my favorite park. Stopped by at my recently found French "deli" to purchase the I homemade cake.
Weekend in Brussels
After spending the weekends in Kyoto, Tokyo, Amsteram, New York and Stockholm, I am back to my go-to city, Brussels.
It was HOT yesterday but it is cool and super nice today. Chocolate in Brussels, how appropriate.
