Another weekend trip. This time to Dusseldorf. A bit over 2 hours drive led me here. Not as pretty as Brussels but at least good German food and of course beer. Two glasses with this nice beef stew dish.

Weekend in Brussels
After two hours of drive yesterday I am in Brussels for the weekend. It has been over 10 years since last time I visited. I think this is the seat I sat last time I came here to visit my friend.

Healthy Dinner
To offset meaty lunch, we cooked a very healthy dinner tonight. Brown rice (sticky one), spinach, mushroom and tofu. We adopted Korean favor for the tofu. I love this red pepper paste. This time I mixed with sesame oil and green onion.

Just Like My Italian Mom Made...
We were determined to cook pasta with meat ball when we went to the grocery store yesterday. Ground beef and Italian sausage, the golden combination for meat balls.
