Pasta Dinner

After the passover break, our dinner was what else, pasta.
50% chicken made it lighter taste.
We spent the afternoon at one of the state park originally owned by the Rockefeller family. I think this is a kind of apple family.

Weekday Dinner

This is the luxury I have to cook meals even during the weekend, thanks to my work schedule. My working day ends at noon and the afternoon is 100% my personal time.
P.s. I start working at 4 am...
Cherry blossom is in its peak now.

Dinner by Myself

Home alone this evening so I cooked something I like, PORK 🐷.
Of course I cooked some vegetables as well to maintain the balance.

Charleston Trip 8

Last day in Charleston. There is the oldest public college in this city and that was our morning walking course.
Lunch at near by highly rated sandwich place. The rating did not lie.

Italian dinner tonight. We found our hotel is located in hip area with less tourists and many cool restaurants near by. Tonight's choice was this. Nice atmosphere and good food. Could not resist the temptation of this ice-cream place. Different four flavors from last night.

BBQ dinner as it is south after all. Coleslaw was very unique so as grits.
This ice cream was a great find. Four very unique flavors.

Lunch at Husk, new and popular restaurant.  Apple cider,  like sparkling wine made out of apple, with some southern dishes. On vacation and not watching what to eat that much.

Our first meal in Charleston. Their local signature dish, shrimp and grits. Surprisingly spicy, crazy and meaty.

Korean Dinner

Many leftover ingredients ended up tonight's dinner. The theme was Korean for sure.

Salmon Dinner

Simple dinner but looks a lot of varieties.  Some leftovers help filling the spaces on the table.

Hoto Dinner

Not national level of recognition but there is a dish called Hoto in Kofu area in Japan. Not exact noodle type I should be using but I would say it was Hoto.
The 2nd week being home.

Snack Dinner

In the mood for chicken wings. Not fried so a bit healthier.
Corn chips replaced today's carbohydrates.  This could be dinner, right?

Breakfast for Lunch

We both like breakfast food, so today's lunch was vegetable omelette and toast. Delicious.

April Snow

Just a coating but it is pretty white. Not in the city but a bit north though. It was near 80 a few days ago and now it is in mid 30s. Crazy.
