Chili Night

It is a super bowl weekend, so we started this early by cooking the chili. Very healthy version by using chicken and a lot of vegetables.
We will enjoy it over the days.

On the way BACK

I was tired after working 2 weeks in Amsterdam, and I upgraded myself.
Pretty empty flight compared with other times.
All fish dishes I chose but both white and red wines with them.
3 movies including The Gone Girl which I just finished reading. Enjoyed.

Sunday

Not as good as yesterday but I could not complain.
I had one place in mind to go to see some deals, but unfortunately it would not open till 2 pm, some research was required.
If shopping was not accomplished, at least this should be.
My favorite cake in Brussels.

Weekend in Brussels

As I need to go to a city in Belgium on Monday I decided to stay the weekend in Brussels.
The day started with snow but it turned out to be a nice day to walk the city.
In the middle of the sale season everywhere but saddly I could not buy anything (less desire for new goods these days).
Lunch at Kokuban ramen shop. Good one.

Sukiyaki Dinner

Special occasion...
Both beef and pork as we have different preferences. Very yummy.

Santa Monica

Last spot before heading back home was Santa Monica. A bit too late to actually see the sunset but we were still able to see the color.

BBQ in K Town

Another important stuff we wanted to do during this trip. After searching the web, this place serves traditional Korean BBQ with some modern trust.
Cold noodle was with frozen soup, fantastic.
