Amsterdam Again

Usually check in time at hotels is afternoon, but they always allow me to do so in the morning, even before 8 am.
This is the back side of the hotel facing the river/ocean, and the central stating is just next to it. It is a living space, as my room is always suite.

Yakisoba Lunch

I might choose Noodle over rice, if I need to choose one. Ramen, Udon, Soba, pasta, etc...
A combination of Japanese and American/Italian dishes. We found that deep fried tofu is now available again.
No red meats...

Friday Dinner

Back home in New York. I usually don't need to work that much on Fridays when I am home, but somehow today was an exception. Busy throughout the day even though I was able to manage several errands.
Easy to freeze so it could be enjoyed over days.

Milan Beauty

Other shots I took during this trip. I am writing this in Amsterdam where cold rain is making noise outside of the room.

Time to Say Good-Bye to Milan

Had a nice relaxing time in Milan, but now it is time to head back to Amsterdam.
Espresso at the lounge.
The aircraft has the original KLM design. I also thought it is cool to have Armani sign on the building.

Food in Milan

2nd day in Milan. I wanted to go to the lake Como, but there was a strike which I found out at the station. As a result my day was in Milan...
Luckily I found another neighborhood where I had one of the best ice creams. Maybe because of the fact that I am eating it in Italy, not USA or Japan.

Saturday Dinner in Milan

It was after eight when I thought I should have some local meal, Italian.
I found this place only 5 minutes away from the hotel. Very low key and it seemed family owned. Some vegetables and of corset pasta. I think I like noodle over rice. Wine was only 5 euro for like 3 glasses. Life is not too bad.

Milan Trip

It is another long weekend in the Netherlands, and I decided to come to Milan.
Beautiful architectures all over the city. Different type of energy you can feel. I have to have air good Italian meals next.

Happy Mother's Day

A quick shout... Happy mother's day not only to my mom but also everyone playing this important role/responsibility in this world. Thank you for being a mother.

Chicken Lunch

Easy lunch, as basically everything was cooked in the oven. One gigantic chicken breast was shared by two. Perfect for the lunch.

Waiting for ME?

Back to the apartment to check things out, and guess who was waiting for me. Dogs with their walker... So adorable.

Dinner Served

I have not eaten red meats so often and tonight was no exception. A lot of vegetables to catch up the days I did not eat that much.

Finally, Home Cooking

After 3 weeks of biz trip, finally I am home in New York. I was so much eager to eat some home cooking, and ended up with curry and some fish dish.

Prague Architectures

Breath taking... Anywhere you see, the architectures are so detailed and well preserved. I like the colors too.

Sweets at the Room

It's good to have someone waiting for me at the room. It happened to me today. More importantly there were deserts too. Ricotta cheese cake and bread pudding. Both were not sweet and went well with espresso. Not to bad to eat at the hotel room watching the sunset.

Cobble Stones

This city did not have any major war damages and all old beauties have been beautifully preserved.
Each has different designs.

Prague Trip Continued

Famous Charles Bridge looking at the castle, which is the biggest castle, I heard.
Dinner was a traditional Czech meal recommended by the hotel. Beer here is extremely cheap, cheaper than water for sure.
This city is one of the most picturesque cities, like Paris.

Prague for the Weekend

Finally we got a chance to come to this beautiful city.
Started with this famous church. Some snack on the way to the castle.
Cherry blossoms were fully bloomed. We were glad that we had a chance to see them, as by the time I go back home, the season will ne over in NY.
